Master- Morihiro
Saito
Begins
the study of AIKIDO under the guidance of Maestro under Motokage
Kawamukai, in the year 1965.
In
the same year he became a student teacher Hiroshi Tada.
Acquires
the rank of SHO DAN in August 1968, becoming one of the first four
black belts in Aikido in Italy.
By
Tada Sensei gets, then:
the
NI DAN rank in 1970;
the
degree of SAN DAN in 1974;
the
can YON DAN in 1980.
In
1985, begins to follow the teachings of Morihiro Saito Sensei,
who, in 2000, gives the degree of
GO DAN AIKIKAI.
Also
in 1985 he became a pupil of the master Paolo Corallini Nicola,
faithful disciple of Master Saito, and
founder and President of Takemusu
Aikido Association (T.A.A.I.). Of
this Association was Vice President until December 2009.
In 2005, the same Coralini Master
gives the rank of ROKU DAN of Aikido Ryu.
He
was
awarded the Bronze Star Sports merit of Italian National Olympic
Committee (C.O.N.I.) and Medal of honor al Merito Sportivo of
F.i.j.l.k.a.m.
Member
of the National Commission of Aikido F.i.j.l.k.a.m affiliated to the
Italian National Olympic Committee (C.O.N.I.).
In
March
2006, the President of F.i.j.l.k.a.m awarded him the rank of 7 DAN,
"in
recognition of the decades-long and meritorious work" carried out in
favor of Aikido and Italian "in view of the many and significant
details acquired through constant and qualified the efforts for
technical development and dissemination of Aikido".
Since
June 2006, he was entrusted with the national technical Direction
of Aikido of Sector F.i.j.l.k.a.m
In
December 2006 he founded, together with his most faithful disciples,
the Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica "Ryu Aikido Mantova" and
becomes President and Dojo-Cho.
In
February 2007, the Italian Federation of Judo, wrestling, Karate and
martial arts (F.i.j.l.k.a.m) gives the post of President of the
National Commission for Aikido.
In
October 2010 was welcomed unanimously among the members of Takemusu
Aikido
Association, of which he is Chairman Bill Witt, Sensei 7th DAN AIKIKAI
Shihan.
It
also officially invited to participate in teacher quality, to
international seminar in Birmingham
(UK) in October 2011
He
died at his home in Mantua on 15 February 2011, after a short illness,
at the age of 79 years.
In
2012
are conferred to his memory the Silver Star Sports merit of C.O.N.I.
and Sun Enterprise by the municipal administration of Mantua.
